Mrs D Crompton - Business Manager
I have been at St Margaret’s for 4 years. I started as a volunteer receptionist and was then appointed as school administrator. I have since been employed as School Business Manager and have been in this role for 3 years. I am responsible for the management of the schools Finances, Human Resources, Estates Management and the Health and Safety of staff, pupils and school site. I enjoy working with the ‘St Margaret’s family’ and all our wonderful children and staff. I have had many varied roles over the years ranging from animal nurse to touring theatre administrator! In my spare time I enjoy walking, especially with my dog. I also love to cook and enjoy reading.
Miss K Dowden - School Administrator
I started working at St Margaret’s as the School Business Administrator in March 2014. Prior to starting here I worked for Oldham Council on the Human Resources team, providing HR and Recruitment support to Oldham Primary Schools. This is where I developed an interest in education, which led me to apply for this role. The leadership team at St Margaret’s have supported me through my Diploma in School Business Management, which I was pleased to pass in April 2016. I am really proud to be part of the St Margaret’s team and the relationships that my role allows me to build with the families of St Margaret’s. I live locally with my partner and in my spare time enjoy socialising with friends and travelling to new places!
Miss D Bilton - School Clerk
I started volunteering as a clerical assistant at St Margarets one day a week in 2015. This led to part time employment and I now work in the school office 4 days a week. I am responsible for the front of house reception duties and like to think that I am ‘The friendly face of St Margaret’s’! I really enjoy coming to work here and the fact that no two days are ever the same. I have a 12 year old son whom attends Oasis Academy. When I am not in work I like to spend time with my family.
Mr D Boswell - Site Manager
I started working at St Margaret’s as the Site Manager in February 2018. I have been a school Site Manager since 2011. Before that I was a mechanical engineer. I am responsible for the running of the school site making sure that everything runs smooth. I have gone full circle as I attended St Margaret’s when I was a child (not that long ago)! I am married with 3 children. In my spare time I run a girls football team under 11’s and a keen follower of Manchester United!
